Over 60 years combined in operations and maintenance, operational readiness, technical advisory and asset management — across major rail, heavy industry and transport authorities in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia. This spans project and program management, EOI and RFP evaluation, the operational integration of new fleets and systems, and engineering governance and reliability across multi-billion-dollar capital programs, predominantly in advisory roles to state government and major operators.
Commercial & Finance
Over 15 years leading commercial governance, financial oversight and project controls — cost modelling, forecasting, budgeting and estimating — across multi-billion-dollar PPPs, alliances, rollingstock programs and utilities upgrades, integrating commercial strategy with financial discipline across upstream and downstream contract relationships.
